What does literary success look like to you?
Literary success, for me, isn’t about bestseller lists or accolades—though those are lovely, of course. True success is when a reader reaches out and says, “This book touched something deep in me,” or “I felt seen, understood, and inspired to reconnect with myself.”
If my words can be a soft landing place for someone in a tender moment, or a spark that lights a new path of self-discovery, then I feel I’ve succeeded.
It’s about resonance, not recognition. About creating something lasting, something that gently lingers in a reader’s heart long after the final page is turned. That quiet impact—that inner shift—is the kind of success that means the most to me.
Are there any projects or books you working on now?
Yes—I’m currently developing an online course called The Mythic Path: Uncovering the Heroes and Heroines of Yoga. It’s a rich, soul-stirring exploration of the mythic figures woven into the tapestry of yogic tradition—gods, goddesses, sages, and archetypes that each carry powerful lessons for our own modern-day journey.
What excites me most about this course is the way it blends storytelling, self-inquiry, and spiritual practice. These aren’t just myths from the past—they are mirrors for our present. Each module invites participants to reflect on their own inner hero’s journey, drawing inspiration from figures like Ganesha, Durga, Hanuman, and others, and applying their symbolic wisdom to everyday life.
Just like Radiant Bliss, this course is less about learning something new and more about remembering something ancient within ourselves. It’s been such a joy to create, and I can’t wait to share it more widely soon.
What makes your latest book an exciting read?
Radiant Bliss is exciting because it invites readers on a journey of inner discovery. It’s not just informative—it’s immersive and experiential. There’s something powerful about the way the book speaks directly to the soul, encouraging not just reflection, but transformation. Readers often say they feel held by the book—that it sparks a shift in perspective, a softening, a sense of coming home. That kind of inner awakening is what makes it more than just a book—it becomes a turning point.
What inspired you to write this book?
This book was born from a deep longing to share the gifts that yoga has given me. I’ve walked through seasons of struggle, change, and renewal—and yoga has been a guiding light through it all. I wanted to create something that could offer that same light to others. Radiant Bliss is my way of passing on the torch—a heartfelt offering to anyone seeking meaning, peace, or a deeper connection to themselves. It’s the book I needed at various points in my own journey, and now it’s here to walk alongside others on theirs.

What are the words you live by?
One quote that has stayed with me for years is from Toni Morrison: “If there’s a book that you want to read, but it hasn’t been written yet, then you must write it.” That became a guiding light for me—especially when I found myself searching for books on the Koshas and couldn’t find anything that spoke to the depth, accessibility, and heart I was craving.
Rather than wait for someone else to write it, I realized that perhaps the invitation was mine—to give voice to what I wished existed. That philosophy runs through all my writing: creating the kind of soulful, supportive, and transformative resources I once longed for.
At the core of everything I do is the belief that we’re not here to strive—we’re here to remember. To come home to our wholeness. That’s what I live by: gentle courage, conscious presence, and the quiet knowing that we each carry a light worth sharing.

It’s such a simple sentence, but it holds profound truth. So often, we search outside ourselves for happiness, peace, or fulfillment—forgetting that bliss isn’t something we need to earn or achieve. It’s already within us. This quote is a gentle reminder that beneath the layers of stress, doubt, or striving, there is a radiant, untouched core of joy waiting to be remembered.
